For local businesses that live on their star rating

Your Google rating is the first thing a new customer sees. Who's managing it?

Most of your happy customers never leave a review. The unhappy ones almost always do. Reputation autopilot flips that — it asks satisfied customers to post at the moment they're happiest, and catches the unhappy ones before they go public.

Demo walkthrough — the request and the sentiment fork — coming soon

How it works

One message, two paths

01

Trigger after the job

When a job closes, an invoice is paid, or you tap a button, the customer gets a short, friendly message asking how it went.

02

Happy path, private path

Rate it good and they're taken straight to your Google review page. Rate it poor and it routes to you privately first — so you hear it before the internet does.

03

Replies stay current

Every new review gets a drafted response for you to approve, so nothing sits ignored and your profile always looks tended.

The fork in the road

Public momentum from the people who love you

One message, two outcomes: a steady flow of public reviews from satisfied customers, and a private heads-up from the ones who aren't — while there's still time to make it right.

It won't stop every bad review. An unhappy customer can still post directly, and this never blocks that. What it does is give you the first move.

Questions

Don't see yours here? Email me directly — real answer, not a bot.

Is this against Google's review policies?

No. It asks every customer for honest feedback, never offers incentives, and never blocks anyone from leaving a public review — anyone can still go straight to Google. It just makes the ask consistent and gives unhappy customers a direct line to you as well.

How do customers get the request?

By text or email, whichever you prefer. It can be triggered from a paid invoice, a closed job, a QR code, or a button you press.

Can it stop negative reviews?

No one can. What it does is reach unhappy customers first, privately, so you have a chance to resolve the problem before they feel they have to post about it.

Do I have to write the review replies?

Replies are drafted for you. You approve or edit them, then they post.

What platforms does it cover?

Google first, since that's what shows in search and Maps. Facebook and other platforms can be added.
